Nirimba Fields Public School is part of the NSW Government’s investment in delivering new and upgraded schools across Western Sydney, ensuring growing communities have access to high-quality public education facilities.

As part of the broader $4.1 billion investment in new and upgraded schools across Western Sydney, this project is helping provide students and families with modern learning environments designed to support future growth.

Construction of Nirimba Fields Public School is now complete, with students moving into their new facilities on 27 May 2026, ahead of schedule.

The new school provides purpose-built classrooms and facilities to support students, teachers and the wider school community, creating a modern and welcoming environment for learning.

The project also includes an on-site public preschool, which will provide additional early learning opportunities for local families.

The preschool project officially commenced construction on 24 June, marking an important step towards delivering a dedicated early learning facility for local children and families.

Current construction works include:

  • Removal of the existing footpath and preparation of foundation works
  • Piling works to support the new building
  • Installation of underground services
  • Structural framing for the new preschool facility

When complete, the new public preschool will provide modern facilities designed specifically for young learners, including:

  • Purpose-built preschool learning spaces
  • Outdoor play areas
  • Administration and staff facilities
  • Amenities
  • Car parking
  • Landscaping designed for children and families

The preschool is on track to be completed for Day 1, Term 1, 2027, giving local families access to quality early childhood education close to home.
