First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme
Many first home buyers will be exempt from transfer duty pay or pay a reduced rate when they purchase an existing home, new home, or vacant land to build on.
First Home Owner (New Home) Grant
First home buyers who build a new home or purchase a brand new or substantially renovated property can receive a $10,000 grant.
Shared Equity Home Buyer Helper
Assists eligible single parents, older singles and first home buyer key workers who would not be approved for a mortgage.
